This is an authentic Civil War Ambrotype or Daguerreotype (on glass) Circa 1860's Union Soldier. The size is depicted in the photo, as is the condition and detail. This photo has the original "FLAG MOTIF" Gutta Percha case with gold frame (tape on the spine of the case). Great collector's piece.
