This is a nice, authentic Civil War State of Alabama 1864 Second Issue Cr 12 $100 note with the vignette of an Indian family around a campfire. This note is "Redeemable in Confederate Treasury Notes or in Five Per Cent Coupon Bonds." This note is at least Fine condition. This thin paper note has handling wrinkles but retains much of its crispness. There are a number of light to medium vertical folds and 3 corner folds. There are NO pinholes, NO tears, NO splits or missing pieces. I've provided clear and very large pictures of the note's obverse and reverse for your scrutiny. Also please take a minute or so and check my feedback. Shipping and insurance on this item will be FREE to only the lower 48 states. I offer a 5 day return period from the time this note has been signed for and will include your return postage and insurance costs in the refund if you are not 100% satisfied with this note. This item as well as all of my items run for the entire duration of the auction and I will not cancel prior to the ending date and time so please do not ask me to do so.
