I’moffering an extra fine condition 1865 3 cent ‘nickel’ coin. This was the first year of a nickel copper coin in this denomination with earlier years being made of silver. There was a total mintage of 11,382,000 of this year. The coin weighs 1.94 grams. Please look at the photos so you can make your own determination of its condition.
