Russel.* Content: Possible professorship of Modern Languages by Russel -- mentions salary, terms; expenses, payment for Europe. White's handwriting is hard to read, but most words and meaning decipherable. For some reason, erroneously docketed "J D White", but this is clearly the president noted above. *William C.
