1867 - 1967 Canadian wildlife proof set:Issued for the Canadian Centennial, this dazzling one-year proof set includes the famous Flying Goose silver dollar containing 0.6 ASW, Howling Wolf silver half dollar containing 0.3 ASW, Lynx silver quarter containing 0.15 ASW, Mackerel silver dime containing .06 ASW, Rabbit nickel and Dove penny. Of just 337,000 originally issued, many sets have been lost to silver melts or broken up to obtain individual coins. The complete wildlife set contains 1.11 ounces of pure silver valued at $29.25 at today's spot silver price.
