This is an 1867 shellcard trade dollar token issued by Howe Scales, N.Y. Brass, 37mm, blue cardboard ad , VF.I am currently offering a selection of shellcard tokens. These tokens are not listed in Rulau. A specialized catalogue on shellcard tokens is currently in the works for publication soon. Shipping is $5.00 in USA by First class parcel mail. I combine shipping, so if you win two or more of my auctions within a short period of time, please wait until you receive an invoice from me with combined shipping for all. International mail sent by Registered mail for items selling for $9.99 or over, unless you request first class international package and you assume the risk if lost. (The slight increase in shipping is to cover the new postal rate increase; tokens, medals, and any other rigid object must be mailed as a first class parcel, for which the minimum cost is $2.32.)
