Up for bid and your consideration, I have this real neat Hardcover 1869 Book titled "Mental Photographs'. This book is really something, it was given to Alta Booth from her friends in 1869. It has a lot of hand written confessions from different people, I guess her friends. Each person would answer questions about their self and some gave a photo of their self. Its not in perfect condition considering its age, over a 150 years old. It's interesting to see what the answers were in those days. Some of the questions are what their favorite things are, What is your idea of happiness? What is your idea of misery? Plus t are many more questions. Some of the answers are funny! I have another book up for bid from Alta Booth, that I believe was from her younger days before she was married, you can almost follow her life from 1859 through 1873. Very interesting! Starting at a low bid for your bidding pleasure! If you are a collector of old old books than you will certainly want this one for sure... The book measures 8 1/2" X 7". This book was edited by Robert Saxton, New York, Leypoldt & Holt 1869. The front page reads "Mental Photographs an Album for confessions of Tastes, Habits, and Convictions". This is a must have for you book collectors. I'm also a buyer on ebay, so I understand how buyer's feel when they receive an item that's different
