c.1870 Cat CDV, Poulton, London Photo c1870 CDV of a cat. Overall good condition. 2 small tears to upper right corner, minor spotting to back. 2 1/2" W x 4 1/8" H Tonight I am listing a group of Victorian photographs all from a single album found in an estate. The family name was Minifie. There appear to be a number of relatives with this last name, however there are also other genealogy relations to other families as well. Some names include Richard & Emma Minifie, Jim, Thomas, and others. There also was evidence linking to a family named Daniel Wagstaff Goodwin of Kidderminster. Many of these CDVs were taken by photographers in Exeter London, Brixham, Taunton, Bristol, Tiverton, Honiton, and Exmouth. There are many different photographers, but quite a few are by J.F. Long of 45 High St., Exeter. Please check my other auctions for the other potographs from the same album. All are ending on the same night.
