It is from Warner and Beers's Atlas of the State of Illinois (Chicago: Warner & Beers, 1876). A copy of the title page is included for authenticity. The map is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as seen in the pics. It is a double sided sheet with a map or view on each side as shown in the pics, so you would have to choose a side if framing. It is printed on a bright heavy page so there is no bleeding through. The maps show much details including towns, churches, schools, some houses with owners listed and other details. Overall, a Beautiful Map with Superb Color!Size: The map image measures approximately 12 by 15 1/2 inches on a 14 by 17 1/2" page with a margin all around for matting.Condition: It is in Very Good condition with some light handling around the margins, basically as seen in the pics. Overall, it is very clean, see the pics for more on condition. It has very nice color and would frame up with a quality antique appearance.
