It is from Gray's Atlas of the United States (Philadelphia: Stedman, Brown, Lyon, 1879). It is by O.W. Gray, Civil and Topographical Engineer. A copy of the title page is included. The map is not mounted, matted nor framed, being sold as a single sheet as seen in the main pic. There are maps on each side, so one would have to choose a side if framing. Size: The map image measures approximately 12 by 14 1/2 inches on a 14 1/2 by 17" page with a wide margin all around as seen in the pic. Condition: The West Indies side is fair to Good condition with some light color and overall tonal aging with some darkening around the edges, basically as seen in the pics. The South America side is Very Good with strong color. There is a one inch edge tear in the margin. See the pics for a better idea of the condition. The pics are of the actual map.
