Postal Card with a very small Manuscript postmark of the Pike County, Ohio - Post office of Pee Pee.An unusual post office name, -- to say the least. The Post Office was open for about 14 years. However, there is a Pee Pee Township in Pike County named for a settler -Peter Patrick that put his initials - P.P. on a tree by a creek that became the Pee Pee Creek,. Pee Pee township took the name from the creek and Pee Pee Township became the first township in Pike County. The postal card gives an inventory of the medicine on hand; bottles of Bitter Bush Elixir., large and small and the Bottles of Tar Cordial. Most interesting item.
