Beautifully Designed Magnificent"Muller" (Swiss) DeckNeuhausen amRheinfall,Switzerland since 1828 J.Muller & Cie.. This historic deck is a great artifact for any serious collector of playing cards.52+ 2 title cards , very rare partial box with sides missing, top flap, but acceptable. Design "Vues & Costumes Suisses", 1880 - Actual dimension 59x89 mm.. Up for sale is a Historic Deck in superb near mint condition. The deck has gorgeous litho work, strong colors, no indices, no creases , no issues , highly acceptable. This rare and magnificent playing card deck was hardly used, very slight surface issues on title card , , a few surface scratches. Hardly any edge wear, Period gold tip corners mostly in superb condition for is period. I have this amazing collection of cards as my top ten favorite, 52 different back images (rare), with beautiful landscapes makes this a rare deck a must own that is rich in history..History of "Muller" 1828.Foundation of the playing card factory by Colonel Bernhard Zundel (1791 - 1863) in the house „Zum Korallenbaum“ on the Herrenacker in Schaffhausen, Switzerland..1829Johannes Muller from Gachlingen (1813 - 1873) enters into four-year apprenticeship at Zundel’s workshop..1831Zundel sells his enterprise to Johann Georg Rauch (1789 - 1851).
