This is a MAGNIFICENT Period skirt we are offering for auction! It is done in a gorgeous gold wool. The long skirt is very full with quite a few gores - not gathers or pleats. It has a set on waistband with a center point. The front of the skirt is a simple classic HOWEVER the back of the skirt is gorgeous with a gatd short piece over the rear (about 9 1/2" long). T are 6 gold wool bows attached to this piece as you can see in the pictures - it is just lovely! The skirt fastens with hooks and eyes. The back sash fastens over this with snaps. This is a Very Elegant Classy style! This skirt has a label from Western Costume Company and also a number from 20th Century Fox. This is a custom skirt so is not marked for size, but measures APPROXIMATELY a 22 1/2"/23" read more
