1881 DOULTON Burslem High Lip EWER Pitcher Blue/White AESTHETIC w/GILT Overlay Item Description Presented for your consideration is this wonderful DOULTON Burslem pottery high lip ewer. It has a very nice blue and white aesthetic style pattern but what makes this piece a stand out is fancy gold overlay medallion decoration. I have not identified the pattern--any help appreciated. The pitcher is 7" high to the top of the lip and about 4 1/4" across. The bottom has the Registry Mark dating to 1881, impressed "Doulton X12" and two blue cypher marks. The ewer is in very good estate condition with no damage, wear or restoration found. Just a delightful example and sure to be a special addition to a collection! The cost of U.S. insured shipping and proper packing varies with your postal zone--see estimate above. If the estimate is high I'll refund your account immediately. Shipping & Payment Due to eBay requirements payment by PayPal is preferred. If you need to make other arrangements just let me know before the auction ends. Payment is due within 4 days.Your item will be shipped within 1-2 days from the time payment is received. inkfrog terapeak i000000
