Importantly, some of the many mining papers or articles in this book are illustrated with maps and engravings, including fold-out. This is a scarce original edition of Transactions of the American Institute of Mining Engineers, Volume XIII, Feb. 1884 to June 1885. CONDITION: The book is hardbound with leather spine and cover tips, with strong gilt lettering on the spine. Ex-library. Library plates on both pastedowns, and some library pencil markings here and there. Fraying at cover tips. Text-block in very good condition.
