1885 Sterling Silver Louvre Pattern Wood & Hughes Preserve Spoon This uncommon beautywas made by the FamousNew York City SilversmithsWood and Hughes who wereknown for their excellent work.The highly ornate spoon is inpristine condition having been stored since purchase by myGreat Aunt of 99 years.The spoon measures 5 3/4" in lengthand weighs 29 grams. It has a scrolled and floral terminal extending down to the bowl. The backof the spoon is also ornate butwith softer details. This uncommonfluid floral design is exquisite!
