Harris & Co., Bankers, 1887). First edition; original printed circular & prospectus for Montana Territory bond sales. Montana was granted statehood 2 years later, in 1889. Single sheet, folded once to form 4 pages (printed on 3 sides). The debt was generated when Custer County was divided, creating Yellowstone County.
