This is an 1889 calendar advertising The National Tribune, the Great National Soldier and Home Weekly Newspaper of Washington, D.C. Shows many Corps badges and ribbons including: Wilson's Cavalry; Kilpatrick's Cavalry; Hancock's Corps; Potomac Cavalry Corps; Signal Corps; G.A,R. (Grand Army of the Republic); Engineer Corps; Sons of Veterans; Army of the James; Society of the Army of West Virginia; Army of the Cumberland; Army of the Potomac; Union Soldiers' Allegiance; and, Army of the Tennessee. It states that all corps badges used during the War are shown. It also lists all Corps commanders. Missing January, all other months are intact. March through December calendars are very clean. Some soiling/staining. Minor tears to the sides. Please examine scan closely to determine condition. Additional scans are available upon request. All questions are welcome. TERMS: Winning bidder must pay an additional $2.50 for shipping and handling. Buyer assumes the responsibility of loss or damage during shipping.
