Scarce 19th century postal note from South Lake Weir, Florida. Serial nubmer in red and town imn blue; punched holes to indicate denomination as usual; light crease and two adhesions on back from prior mounting; reverse off center, with octagon postmark with "M.O.B." at bottom as typical for these. Postal notes were a means of transmitting small amounts of money without sending cash; most were redeemed and they are uncommon today.Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
