To See Our Facebook Photo Album of This Book With Over 80 Photos!Folio. 196 pages. Hardcover bound in brown cloth. Binding is rubbed, soiled from handling. Has dark spots (ink stains?) on front and rear covers. Edges of covers are rubbed to boards. Spine has some small holes and a 2 inch long tear where it meets the front hinge. Headcap/foot of spine are frayed, chipped. The inner hinges are nearly fully open. Cords showing. Text is toned. Page 9 has a 2 1/2 inch long tear at upper edge of page. Page 37 has a rectangular section of browning from where a newspaper clipping had been laid in loosely.A fascinating look at the world over 125 years ago. Oklahoma was still known at the "Indian Territory." There is not a separate map for this section, but it is on the same double-page sheets for Texas. This is one of the first maps to show Montana as a state . It was admitted to the Union on November 8, 1889 , and this book was printed the next year. The double-page map of Montana shows numerous Indian Reservations.*******************
