1890s Victorian Chromo of Fruit Framed Description This auction is for an Original, ca 1890's, Victorian Chromolitho of a Fruit Still Life. This chromolitho is not titled, the artist's signature is printed very faintly in the bottom left edge of the image and looks to read H. Raymonds. This chromolitho is professionally matted and framed in an Elegant, New, Natural Wood Molding complete with glass, an acid free paper backing, and wire for hanging attached! The Colors are Deep with Subdued Contrasts and Excellent Detail! The only minor flaws I can see are a few lightly rubbed/scratched areas throughout the image area, that are not noticeable unless viewing up close and even so, these do not detract from the overall beauty of the image! Considering the age, this 109+ Year Old Chromolitho is in Very Good Condition and will look Beautiful displayed in your Dining Room, Kitchen or Entrance adding Authentic, Victorian Elegance and Charm that will be Treasured for Many Years to Come!
