1896 GRAND UNION TEA COMPANY CALENDAR Description: Up for auction is this 1896 Grand Union Tea Co. Calendar Published by the Grand Union Tea Co., New York Has 4 pages each with 3 months The first is "Sympathy" - has some "red" dots on the upper left hand corner The second is "Patience" with 3 girls on a donkey The third is "Confidence" with a girl standing on a window ledge feeding birds - tear on the right bottom edge and a 1/4" tear on the right hand side towards the top The fourth is "Dignity and Insolence" showing a young boy smoking while a boy and girl try to have "dignity!" Bottom left has tear and piece has been taped Colors are bright and crisp Size - 12" x 8" Light cardboard paper Condition - edge wear, soiling and has been in an album at one time as can be seen on the back of each. Please email me for any questions you may have. I charge 7% tax for New York State residents unless you have a resale number. I also charge $2.00 handling fee due to rising costs.
