Yes...I have seen the larger paper cutters, BUT not this size....this is a mini one !! As you can see, it has a ruler....on top to determine the proper cutting size, you wish to cut....and it is a 6 1/2" ruler.....The side is marked....Pat. Jan. 16, 1896.....and the company is DIAMOND...both marked on the handled blade....which I have tried cutting with..and under no uncertain terms.....WORKS SPLENDID..............The cutting block, which is one two oak platforms....is 6 3/4" square.....the handle and blade total is..11 1/4".....quite an item...Shipping on this cutter, will be $10.50...........I have also placed other old, fine, and unusual items on auction, from my antique shop of 28 years, located in Lavallette NJ take a look, and yes..thanks.
