>1837 - 1897 An Official Queen Victoria Diamond Jubilee Silver Medallion I'm offering this official silver commemorative medallion, issued for the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1 897 at a low 99p start with no reserve.You can see the quality of this medal, I hope, from the images I've posted here. Although when supplied to me it was missing its box, it's still in almost immaculate condition with little discernible wear and an attractive sheen. It's not absolutely perfect - there are one or two tiny pinpoint-sized digs here and there. Aside from that it's about as good as you get for one of these. S o good, that I have bought a transparent hard case to keep the surfaces from any further damage in future. The new owner can then appreciate both sides of this beautifully engraved coin without having to handle it (assuming you can resist the temptation).This is the 26mm diameter version and it weighs 9. 8g of sterling silver, so it's unlikely to depreciate. My shipping charges are as reasonable as I can keep them. Icharge only £0.95 - £1.45 for most UK items, £3.40 to ship to Europe and £3.95 worldwide, inclusive of my own costs.
