Waneta and Trail Creek Gold Mining Company. Dated Rossland, B.C., February 1, 1897, No. 321, for 500 shares, incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Partially issued and uncancelled, certificate is in very good condition, with slight fold marks. 8" x 10¼".
