1899 US SilverCertificate – Black Eagle – VG/Fine condition You arebidding on an 1899 United States Silver Certificate and one I would grade somewhere between VG and Fine condition. The note is well worn but complete, no pin holes are visible. There is a small tear into the boarder at the bottom of the note and a small stain on the front of the note which is visible in the photos. A true classic American bank note. Please look closely at the photos and judge for yourself. I’ll start the bidding at .99 cents with no reserve. The note you see is the note you are bidding on.
