This late 1800Ã,Â's genuine jade swag drop brooch has 18kt rose gold ends that are beautifully etched and a perfect compliment to this most amazing ancient gemstone. For thousands of years, the Chinese have used this beautiful stone for adornments and even religious pieces. The intense colors of this jade really stand out with a semi-transparency. I was told it was a most desirable form of jade that is in this brooch. The golden swags give this the final touch . It measures 2 Ã,½" long and including the chains is 1" wide. In excellent condition this is a real high end collectors piece so donÃ,Â't miss out at the last minute.
