~ We are not accepting PayPal for this auction - Just Postal Money Order or if necessary personal check - 10 business days to clear~ You are bidding on a great 1910 era National Cash Register. This belonged to my father and he really didn't use it after he purchased it. He may have polished it but it has sat for so long that it will need to be cleaned and polished. I have taken good pictures of it and is about all I know: q The marble slab on top of drawer was broken so we replaced it with what looks like a stone like material. q T is only one key and it is pictured. - the two little compartments on the front of the register have key holes but they are unlocked so you can lift up and look at counter mechanisms. q Stands 28 ¼" tall and drawer is 25 ¼" wide. q The register seems to work - drawer opens and keys push - prices come up - we do not know about the receipt tape because as you can see it hasn't been touched for many years. q Label underneath register gives patent information for Class 400. q Wood base is in good condition but could be cleaned and rejuvenated. q Numbered on front ~ 1160078 158. I am not an expert in every field and try to describe items to the best of my ability. Please e-mail me if you have any questions or are in question as to what you see prior to bidding. Bid only if you are planning to pay. read more
