(see more photos below) You are bidding on an early 1900's bisque head doll with a ball jointed composition body by C.M. Bergmann, Walterhausen, Germany. Everything is original on this beauty, including her blond wig and 3 layers of clothing: 2 white lacy undergarments and a pinkish dress with pink lace ruffles. The hem on one of the dress sleeves has started to come apart (it isn't ripped, though) and the other sleeve has a small rust stain on it. She has no shoes or socks. The bisque head features a lovely expression and is in excellent condition with no hairline cracks or any other noticeable inperfections. She has blue life-like eyes that close when she lies down, a dimple in her chin, rosy red cheeks, and a life-like open mouth with 4 tiny porcelain upper teeth. Engraved on the back of her bisque head, underneath her blond hair, are the words: "CM Bergmann Walterhausen Germany 1916 5"The ball jointed composition body parts are connected with wooden balls at the joints, and everything looks to be held together with elastic cords. Some of the material has flaked off at the very top of the legs and on the big toe of one foot. T is no other noticeable damage. Her fingernail polish has worn off, but none of the fingers or toes have been broken off. She measures approximately 21" long. Our Promise to You : . We Offer a 7 Day 100% read more
