1902 Kestner Antique German Reproduction Doll Strong MuseumThis auction features a beautiful little 1902 Kestner Antique German Reproduction Doll named "Mabel"This lovely 14" doll is an exact replica of the original in the Strong Museum in Rochester, New YorkLike the original version, she has a bisque porcelain head and composition ball jointed body; she is jointed at neck, elbows, wrists, hips and kneesWith beautiful, delicate facial painting and lovely clothing and undergarments, she was made under the authority of the Strong Museum and is a faithful reproduction of the founder, Margaret Strong's childhood dollI don't think her clothes have ever been removed, so I did not take them off to show her bodyFrom a non-smoker
