Antique vintage celluloid advertising noise clicker for Butternut Bread. Has tin metal back & clicker. Marked on bottom rim, The Whitehead & Hoag Co., Newark, N J. Pat April 7, 1903. Patent date is also lightly stamped on back of metal near the top. The round celluloid measures 1 1/4" across. Very nice vintage condition. Clicker WORKS just fine.The celluloid needs a cleaning. (I do not clean as some people prefer any vintage patina.) Has some very light scratches & some light minor cracking by the E & A in bread, but not bad. Very minimul staining near top, not very dark. The metal is in good condition with some normal metal wear on the top of actual clicker fin. Selling other vintage, antique & unique items & listing daily. Please check them out!
