Here we have up for auction a very nice copy of "The Foolish Fox" with 22 illustrations by John R Neill (famous for illustrating the Wizard of Oz books by L Frank Baum and Ruth Plumly Thompson). Copyright 1904. Henry Altemus, Publisher. All pages are present and accounted for. VERY NICE COPY in its ORIGINAL SCARCE DUSTJACKET! Outside of book has very light wear and looks very nice. The front and back blank endpapers are there. Binding is tight. NO writing and NO page tears. The inside pages are all in very very nice and clean condition. The RARE DUSTJACKET has its front and back flaps intact. The Dustjacket is protected by a clear plastic sleeve! As seen in the photo above 3 areas have a tiny bit of paper loss but the DJ as a whole looks great! I hope you can add this lovely book illustrated by John R Neill in its very hard to find dustjacket to your vintage children's book library!If you purchase more than one book I will combine shipping.
