This auction is for an original Discharge of Mortgage, dated March 25, 1907, used by the Toledo Brewing and Malting Company, Ltd. of Toledo, Ohio. A mortgage between a Bay County Michigan saloon owner and the brewing company had been discharged as this debt was paid. It is signed by the Secretary-Treasurer of the brewery and the Toledo Brewing and Malting Company, Ltd.embossed corporate seal has been applied. It measures about 8" x 6.75" and is excellent condition, with the usual folds. NOTICE: My shipping rate is $2.65 per shipment (including combined lots).
