Genuine vintage card - no reproductions. 1908 Kewanna, In. Postmark - Real Photo. This is a super real photo view of three men shovelling rock from an elevated platform into a waiting C&O railroad car. It appears that the gravel was unloaded from the horse & cart onto the platform and then into the train car. Note the C&O on side of RR car. Message on back reads: "This is a picture of the men out at the pit. Geo. isn't in this one. We are well and hope you are too..." Very Good Condition - see scan. .
