I sell ONLY ORIGINAL items and NOT ANY reproductions. 2 scans show the front and back (tract map)of this very rareLETTERHEAD fromthe office of CHRIS and GEORGE HAGELSTEIN, San Angelo, TEXAS,in the year 1908.Very interesting content to this letter that was, actually, type written in Quanah, Tx.It's condition: normal letter folds andis in good condition. This letter is signed by C. (Chris) Hagelstein. It is Chris's actual signature and not a facsimile signature. This letterhead mentions: "WHAT WE HAVE & WHAT WE NEED" down the left side of the letterhead it goes into a long list. The top portion of this letterhead lists: Owners of 70,000 acres of land, both river fronts and uplands. On Spring Creek, Middle Concho, Main Concho and Colorado Rivers cut up in tracts to suit purchasers. Prices $12.00 and up. Terms: 1-5 cash.
