ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE SOLID GOLD COLLECTIBLE WATCH FROM ANTIQUETIMEONLINE!!I AM A 100% POSITIVE EBAY SELLER SINCE 2002-!A FABULOUS DIAL!!!AN EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL FULLY WORKING ENGLISH CIRCA 1910 SOLID 14 CARAT GOLD SOUGHT AFTER FABULOUSLY DECORATED STUNNINGLY CRAFTED JEWELED DIAL FOB WATCH.OFFERED TO YOU WITH A $1.99 START AND ABSOLUTELY NO RESERVE!!CASE:The 3 piece case to this beautiful watch is solid 14 carat gold with a metal dustcover. It has a beautiful foliate (Acanthus) hand engraved pattern to the case back which is in beautiful condition. I can see just a some dings to the case side near the pin set. All of the covers push to but the bezel pushes to but very lightly and does not 'snap to' although it does close. I have gently polished the case, and it is shining wonderfully, as only hi grade SOLID GOLD can. The dust cover is in good condition with one scuff and is made from gold colored metal.THE WATCH MEASURES 3.5CMS (35MM) IN DIAMETER. . The hinges to the front rear show no real signs of abuse. The inside of the back cover is marked for solid 14k gold. DIAL:This lovely collectible watch has a STUNNING original snow white fabulously enamelled dial It is unsigned, and is in excellent condition. It has beautiful sharp and crisp Roman black painted numerals which are enclosed by a beautifully designed enamel painted gold and sapphire highlighted borders.Everything is crisp and clear with no apparent numeral wear.The dial is also enameled in gold to its centre with a gorgeous gold acorn and design to it with lovely ruby highlights. The crystal is plexi and is brand new.The beautiful antique spade style watch hands are golden steel and are in excellent condition.MOVEMENT:This is a lovely condition Swiss made unsigned crown wind and pin set cylinder movement which was typical of the movements at this time. It has minty steel screws. The watch runs and has been oiled and had a basic clean by my watchmaker. The watch is gaining but as usual for optimum timekeeping, a full service would be needed. It winds smoothly and the pin setting works as it should. The crown is gold in color and is in excellent condition. The chain ring is gold plated showing some slight plate loss.THIS IS A FANTASTIC BEAUTIFULLY HAND MADE TIMEPIECE OFFERED AT NO RESERVE!!!Please remember that vintage watches have survived for many decades by being treated well. Vintage watches are not for wearing while doing yard work, working out, or swimming. Vintage watches cannot keep time like their quartz cousins and will need altering on average between +-2 to +-5 mins per day. They are a little more destructible than modern watches. Vintage watches also require periodic service and cleaning. Every couple of years, they would like their 20,000 mile checkup, oil change, and general service.
