Vintage postcard; I found this on the internet about the image: " CHANTECLER - Play in four acts by Edmond Rostand. This play tells the plot of the animals against a barnyard rooster (named Chantecler) who is an idealist and holds a terrible secret: singing, he makes the sun rise." Evidently the owls are after him.This item is packed with care for extra protection from rough postal handling, and we ship by first class mail using colorful stamps, usually commemoratives.
