You are bidding on a October 10 and October 12 , 1910 Cleveland Leader sports page lot. Ty Cobb and Napoleon Lajoie are battling for the batting crown. The last day, Lajoie gets 8 base hits in a double header, 6 of which were bunts. People were saying the players liked Lajoie more than Cobb, so they wanted him to win the batting title. Of course, controversy ensued...eventually Ty Cobb was given the title. This newspaper page is 22" x 17 " This is an ORIGINAL newspaper page, not reproductions.
