This souvenir of the City of Toronto, Ontario, Canada is from around 1910. I have dated the item by photos and by the population described in the catalog. It measures approximately 8" by 5" and has 36 pages of fantastic color photos of various buildings and tourist areas of the city. It is in excellent condition. It lies flat, has clean, tight staples and the pictures are nice and glossy. It has no tears or creases. It has some minor wearing on spine of cover (see photo). Photos include City Hall, University Avenue, Bay and King Streets, King Edward Hotel, The Zoo at Riverdale Park, School of Practical Science, High Park, Allan Gardens, The Chutes at Scarboro Beach, Regatta Day at Centre Island, Turbinia Steamer, Toronto University, Baseball Stadium at Hanlan's Point, Yonge Street and Traders Bank Building, Parliament Buildings at Queen's Park, Manufacturers' Building at Toronto Fair Grounds, The Playground at Island Park, The Armouries, Wellington Street West, McMaster University, Victoria College, Steamships of the Niagara Navigation Company, Knox College, Yonge and Richmond Streets, Yachting on Toronto Bay, Kingston Steamer, Avenue Road and Bloor Street, The Pond at Island ParkJarvis Street, Crescent Park Roadand St. James Cathedral. T are great photos that include trolleys, cars, etc., from the early 20th century. This is a great read more
