V1914 Illinois State Fair commemorative medal to the soldiers of the Civil and Spanish-American Wars. Very nice piece, produced just after the ending of the Spanish-American war, featuring Lieutenant General Winfield Scott on the obverse. Made by Childs of Chicago.
