1915 Cracker Jack #103 Joe Jackson - SGC VG 40

Pricing & History
At a time when the 1914 and 1915 Cracker Jack issues are receiving even more visibility and are subject to even higher demand than usual the 1915 Joe Jackson stands out as one of the key cards of the 1915 set. Jackson one of baseball's most popular and enduring names leads the way in a set that is simply loaded with the game's biggest names; his card is one of the issue's most sought-after. This is also one of the most desirable cards of Jackson himself partially due to the beauty of Cracker Jack cards and partially due to the card's relative affordability in comparison with Jackson's other attractive issues such as the T210 Boston Garter or even the 1914 Cracker Jack counterpart. This example graded VG 40 by SGC boasts strong image quality with edge and corner wear consistent with the grade and a slight blemish at the card's upper-left near the word "Cracker." The clarity of the image and excellent centering outweigh the wear in terms of eye appeal however. The card reverse exhibits staining typical of the issue with a slight corner crease at the lower left that is barely visible on the front.
