Up for auction is a Royal Copenhagen Christmas plate from the year 1917 entitled "Tower Our Saviors Church"The front features the words/symbols " 19 JUL 17".JUL means Christmas in Danish.It is part of an annual series that was first cast by Royal Copenhagen in 1908. This is a first quality piece and features a snow laden landscape with village and church tower, done in rich blue hues.Plate measures 7 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition.Please view photos.
