1917 WW1 German Soldiers Life Battles Division Photos Fresh from an estate and offered for auction. . Titled: (translated) - Life and Battle Activities of Our Division. An authentic WW1 German Military Images booklet. Dated 1917. All text is in some type of German although the modern translators don't work on all the words in the text? Thankfully the original owner has helped out by writing in pencil a translation of the text beneath each of the images. T is 100 pages of images. Published by Mlitchees und Drud bon C.C. Meinhold & Gohne, Dresden. Booklet is complete. It measures 9-1/2" x 6-1/2". Soft cover. The booklet is intact and pages are good still overall with all the images unharmed. The covering has wear and tears to the edges and corners and the spine. T is some staining on the outer edge (boarder) of the pages. A couple of the images are of drawings done by soldiers along with the cover image. All images are black and white. I've listed quite a few of the image's titles below, enough to give you an idea of the uniqueness of the images. I'm sure some of these images are quite illusive. If your into authentic WW1 memorabilia this is quite fascinating.
