Original interesting 1917 WW1 era Y.M.C.A American Manhood Bond. It appears that if you donated / invested one dollar in the social, education and recreational needs of " Our Boys" through the National War Work Council of the Y.M.C.A you received this certificate. It has a date of November 1917 a name that looks like Chas. A Walter. Oakland Committee. Good condition, is creased where it was folded (found in a book) and on the corners, age toning and darkening on the back. No tears or splits. Measure approx 8 1/3 x 7 1/4 inches. An interesting item and a nice addition to your collection. Please ask any questions or provide information.
