This is for a very nice vintage 1918 Van Briggle blue vase. It's marked on the bottom of the base as pictured with the Van Briggle symbol and the date "1918" under that. The one and eight are both hard to make out on the date marking, but if you look really hard you can see them. The markings have probably been worn off some over the last 90 years. The vase is very beautiful with no chips, no cracks, and only some very light hard to see crazing on the sides. It's a beauitiful vase. The vase measures 6" tall. I bought this from a little mom & pop run antique store in Kansas. I was in the back room of this store, and came across a Shawnee Pottery vase on the bottom shelf. When I picked up that vase, I saw this one sitting directly behind it out of view. Otherwise, I'm sure someone would have already found it. This would make a great addition to any collection. I'm currently listing hundreds of cookie jars from my parent's 40 year collection of jars. I have jars from all the major cookie jar manufacturers. Shipping will be based on weight of this packed at approximately 2 pounds 1 ounce. International bidders are always welcome. I always pack my items with bubble wrap and packing peanuts, so I very rarely ever have any items get damaged during shipping. Insurance is always optional on all my listings.
