Thick 260 page illustrated guide with masses of WW1 pictures and history guiding you through the Marne battlefields. This cop is ink stamped in the inner covering page 'Complimentary Copy'. It may have been compliments of Michelin, or as a part of a guided tour. This is not the modern reprint, but the original 1919 printed book, complete with aged paper and beige cloth covered outer. The lighting on the pages confused my elderly Kodak camera, the pages are in fact all the same colour (a just off white colour of ged paper) so both picures of the insides do not represent the book well, the paper colour is in fact mid way between how it looks in the pictures see pictures
