A set of children's writing paper housed in its original lithographed box. The lid of the box features an ART DECO design on the sides and a colorful, fanciful design on the top of the lid. The contents of the box is not complete but does contain a full set of 8 sheets of double-folded ruled paper headed: HEADQUARTERS COMPANY. This set still has its wrap-around slip labeled: The WOODEN SOLDIER and comes with a set of 8 envelopes. Also included is a set of 7 double-folded ruled sheets headed with a design featuring a soldier, at attention, with a background showing a fort and 2 cannons. As a bonus (but not original to the box), are 18 sheets of 1920s childrens writing paper. These sheets measure 7 3/4 inches in height by 5 1/4 inches in width and have a delightful design of cats. T are 9 envelopes to go with the cat stationery. Please see enlargements for details. The box ( which is the GEM of this set) measures 8 1/4 inches in width by 5 3/4 inches in height and has a depth of 1 1/2 inches. Cost of shipping handling and insurance to be paid by buyer.
