Offered on auction is this superb antique John Juzek Violin, Labeled JOHN JUZEK VIOLIN MAKER IN PRAGUE and Hand-signed JOHN JUZEK - MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA Juzek Violins have long been known for their quality, beauty and tone. Made in Czechoslovakia in the 1920's. This Violin has a two piece well flamed Maple Back with rich coloring. Handcarved Scroll ~~Ebony Fitted and is good condition with the normal old age wear. measurements are: 22 1/4" in Length, and a Back measuring 13 1/4" and is a 3/4 size. Comes with Antique Wooden Coffin Case and BOW which measures 26 1/2 Inches which has an Ebony Frog/Mother of Pearl Inlay w/Silver accents (the bow needs strings) This Violin is part of my grandfather's collection that I will be listing.
