EXTREMELY RARE AND LARGE 9 1⁄2" X 9 1⁄2" SQUARE MARBLEHEAD MOUNTED KNIGHT TILE FRAMED IN VINTAGE OAK FRAME, MARKED WITH IMPRESSED MARBLEHEAD MARK AND ORIGINAL PAPER LABEL! See the link below, top row on the right: /Pottery-Tiles/index.html I have only seen this tile once, in an auction from the collection of Arthur Baggsâe(tm) daughter, Mary Trowbridge Baggs Tweet of Tolland, Connecticut. This is a large impressed and incised tile from the 1915 to 1920's, in a golden glaze. T is a glaze flaw at the bottom right side and a couple of glaze pops in the Knightâe(tm)s shield. (See photos) Very heavy and thick, frame measures 1" thick, tile probably measures at least 5/8" thick. T is no damage other than factory flaws and a minor scratch or two. Tile and frame weigh 8 pounds. Marblehead Pottery was established in 1904 by Dr. Herbert J.
