ANTIQUE HAND PAINTED WHITE METAL FIGURAL CAMEL INCENSE BURNER~ ALL ORIGINAL PAINT ~~ ORIGINAL INSERT ~~ OUTSTANDING DETAIL ~~ WONDERFUL CONDITION ~~ NO RESERVE ~Welcome to the month of May, and the spring season. Being offered for your consideration, with NO RESERVE , is this wonderful Antique Hand Painted White Metal Figural Camel Incense Burner. This incense burner depicts a full figural saddled camel in a kneeing or lying down position. The camel has been hand painted in tones of red, green, yellow, and brown. The detailing and vibrant colors of the tasseled saddle blanket were exceptionally well done. The actual saddle is hinged and when opened reveals the incense burner insert underneath.The body of the camel as well as the top of the saddle and the burner insert, all have round openings in the metal for the incense aroma to circulate. Measuring 5 ½" in total width, and 2 ¾" in depth when measured at the widest point, the camel stands 3 ¾" in height. This antique incense burner is in excellent condition. The white metal is free of any breaks and the hinged burner opening functions well. We did notice scattered rubs to the hand painted surfaces which can be seen in the photographs provided. ~ PLEASE NOTE ~ that any white areas appearing in the photographs are the result of flash photography, and do not exist on the actual object. read more
